I tried calling this company for a week and left many messages with different people and not one called back. I dont know how they get work with no call backs.

Received a bid for a sound install project. It took a month to get the bid back after viewing my facility and discussing my needs. Decided to proceed with Miller Pro. Issued a purchase order for the project the end of March and didn't hear ANYTHING from anyone about when we might begin install. I contacted the guy who quoted the bid and finally scheduled for week of May 15th. They were a no call no show. When I contacted him the next week I was told they were waiting on equipment so he was at mercy of the shipper. Really?! Then why would you schedule the install the previous week if you didn't already have the equipment?? Said they would be ready June 6. Again, no call no show. The excuse was an employee was ill and now I'm having to assume the install. Again, really?? His name was on the bid as the install manager. The end of that week I sent an email and gave him dates the room would be available for install and gave an absolute deadline for install or I would hire someone else. Finally showed up 6/13. Not ONCE did I get a call or an email explanation/apology.  I have initiated every communication with this company. Customer service is non-existent. I would not recommend this company to anyone
