      image Ive been with this Agent since 2016, never had a problem. Always paid on time. I received a new bank card, therefore my payment did not go through, making me a day late on payment.
      However, I paid the next day and extra. About a week later, i received a letter stating that for the next month I have to pay double. Javier mentioned he attempted to help me but the issue was not resolved. Javier also mentioned that the way the system is calculating the following month payment is not right. Still not help from Javier. I had to pay two payments for the month of April.
      Highly unsatisfied with the professionalism he displayed and quality of work.
