I ship from this location on a regular basis. I ship all kinds of sizes and shapes. They sometimes have to pack my shipment. The service I receive here is top-notch.

Went to return AT&T equipment only to be told that the AT&T system was down. I contacted AT&T to see what was wrong and nothing was. Literally too lazy to attempt the return.. Went up the road to UPS and they return instantly with zero excuses about the system.

The manager there is rude and unprofessional, been there three times already and its consistent, no basic customer service skills, never again.

Apparently 28" is too long to ship out of this location. Not sure why FedEx would open a location that can't handle all sizes of packages. Good thing UPS is up the road.
