This bus service is absolutely horrible. Zero communication. Nobody ever picks up their phones. No alerts to parents that buses are running late. Most of the time we just cross our fingers and hope theyre going to show up. This company has a lot of problems they need to work out.

Have horrible parent service as in I've been on hold for 30 mins and my kid has been waiting for her bus since 7:30!

I wouldn't let my kids ride with this bus system. I'm referring to the MLK bus system not any other but definitely not that bus system. One day I was just relaxing and I kept hearing the sound of the camera go off. I noticed that I'm guessing bus# 135 not sure? I can always verify that I am not just b/s on the Durham bus. Anyways, so my company I had said she was probably on meth lol just playing around. We decided to time how fast she went around the block. She did about 15 rounds in less than 30 seconds. We were dizzy looking at the TV monitor lol. So after it's done I rewind camera and record it. Never called it in because it was hilarious to see. Point of it is. If the kids were to take the bus who's to know if they were to be on this one. Godforsaken I would not chance that. Spooky scary videos I've caught of the MLK bus system.
