My husband and I come to this bank every Friday. It doesnt matter who we get in the drive window they never say hi or ask how he would like his cash back NOTHING! JUST RUDE, when we can hear them saying hi to others but not us. Unprofessional, lack customer service, and just plain rude!

I can't believe the negative reviews on this Bank, I Bank here and have always had a great experience with them friendly courtesy and just great customer service and Gene Maxwell is the best of all he is great to deal with he always helps me out with helping me get my loan he just doesn't say sorry can't help you he goes out of his way to help you get that loan you need or want go see Gene Maxwell he's there for you, he will do his best to help you Great Bank at least it has been for me I wouldn't change Banks even if any other Bank offered me $5000 to switch over to them customer service is what's important to me and I have never had bad service with First United Bank thanks guys and keep up the great work.

Terrible bank. Ive been to several locations and all of them are pretty terrible. Will be closing my account as soon as possible.
