UPDATE: 12/8/21 Brandon (the owner) and James called last night about 5:30. We had a good discussion and now I feel better about the car situation. Brandon was not making excuses and you could hear how he truly cares about his business and customers. Was promised he would check on a few things/options and will get back w/ me in the morning.
FAST FORWARD: 12/9/21 James called back about 12:15 w/ an above and beyond customer service handling to our bad situation. As of this Posting I will rate them w/ *** and will be sure to go up to ***** once car is back 100%. Honest communication goes along ways. Way to go, gents!
START OF ISSUE: We had our car towed to this shop 10/24 w/ no knowledge of quality except the reviews on line. LONG STORY and it still goes on as we speak (so I will update here once I know how it ends). Only highlight is the shop foreman (James) who seems the be the honest one trying to get the job done and communicate w/ customers. IVE ASKED TO SPEAK TO BRANDON (you know the owner w/ his name on the building) BUT HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM YET! Happy to update this post once my car is back to me in working order!
