Ive been dealing with Insurance agents for over forty years, this agency is the best one that Ive dealt with. Claudia goes above and beyond to ensure that All my needs are met.
My SUV broke down and I had trouble navigating the App to make a claim to get my SUV towed. Claudia helped me contact a customer service representative to process the claim and stayed on the call until the claim was completed. I would like to know that she receives recognition for exceeding expectations.

Today I had such a great experience with this company. Upon calling for assistance, Claudia took the call and immediately started taking care of my immediate need, and David Armendariz came to my rescue. Went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle situation and get me and my kids home safely. So grateful to have all my insurance needs met at State Farm in Los Fresnos, simply the best.
