This hotel seems new. The rooms are really pretty and clean! SO much better than Homewood Suites in Longview. VERY comfortable. Staff super nice. Happy hour. Close to nice dining. Great workout area.
Rooms: Very well appointed and clean.

Disappointed on this visit. As soon as I got in the room I found the Internet TV wouldn't connect so I called the front desk. The lady said "I'm sorry, I can call the company to troubleshoot if you want". I said fine. Never heard another word, no iTV, no offer for another room. That's not horrible because I had my PC and hotel wifi. Went to take a shower and found the bottle for body soap had been replaced with a shampoo bottle so now lucky patrons with hair (I'm bald) have 2 shampoo and 1 conditioner to choose from. I used the shampoo as body wash so still not horrible but for a relatively new Courtyard that has been good in the past, I'm disappointed in the decline. I may have one more visit to this hotel before I start looking for a new place to stay when visiting Longview.

I should have left this review months ago as I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so well into the future. The staff at this hotel are on point! I can honestly say I PREFER this hotel over the Hilton Garden Inn down the street mostly due to the staff. I am always welcomed with a smile, they are so very accommodating, very conversational and very helpful. I am a traveling consultant and sometimes I have to ask for a rate adjustment to assure I am getting the correct room rate based on Employer contracted rate, that is never a problem, again, always helpful. Today upon check out, the manager had to correct my rate, no problems it was done without my knowledge and receipt emailed to me perfect! The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, bathrooms are nice (lights could be brighter for us ladies applying makeup hint, hint), the food downstairs has always been very tasteful, location is perfect. Target is right beside the hotel, Starbucks across the street and restaurants all around. My husband and I travel quite a bit for both work and pleasure and have stayed in a lot of hotels, this one stands out to me as far as customer service. Well done Longview, well done!
