Left my Guinea pigs there they took great care of them awesome groomers take all my dogs there...

I boarded my dog here a few years ago. I made sure they understood I would be picking her up early. I paid for a bath. When I picked her up she was laying in a kennel on a cement floor with no bed or towel. She is a little dog and she was could. I asked why she didn't have her bed and they said she peed on it which she never does at home. She had not had a bath because I was so early. I told them I had told them I would be early. They refused to give me refund saying they would take the amount of my next boarding. I told them I would never board at their horrendous place again. She did credit back the money. Horrible place.
