I'm still affected from that place. The people Valencia Swift hired and she were very unprofessional. She is old enough to be my great grandmother and was acting like a child. She let so much slide for example; if there was someone doing inappropriate things who still had 3 months to go, etc, she wouldn't say anything to them because she wanted to keep them around to keep them checks coming in. She wasn't fair and was super messy.(Instigator)
I guess she was scared to act like an adult thinking that was going to affect her money flow. She would steal from her students and talk about her students negatively, whenever they completed their hours , gossip and speak about students confidential business when they had to miss a day of school. She also would let people argue and pretend like she didn't notice what was going on.
Every other day her son would stop by to see which female he wanted to try and shoot his shot at like it was a truck stop.
