The best service, and a girl named Gnesis Sandoval really helped me a lot, she is the best! I had always wanted to live in these apartments and she made it possible

Ive been living in these apartments for around 4 years and the services was great in the beginning but as time and years passed the services has been trash first thing is getting them to answer the phone Ive call no exaggeration 8 times and got no answer you can tell that they send u to the voicemail so that they dont have to answer the phone send when u put in a maintenance request they will come months later or they will never come but as soon as u pay your rent a day late on the 4th they put an eviction notice on your door so customer service is a 0% to me at this and Im not renewing or recommending anyone else to move here because its not worth the money Ive been in customer service my whole career and people like this make it look bad if I could give a 0 star review I would at this point I could keep going but Im over it now
