      image I have been a cient for this office for over 20 years, I am dissapointed that 18 months ago I completed a full remodel including an addition to my home. I contacted my agent to update my new value with my policy and I was told they will look into it and call me back. I made 2 additional calls to the office to request an update and was told the were still looking into that. I am a busy buisnessman and I just stopped following up because I do not babysit professional people. I have never defaulted on my home and auto policies I have with them. I hate to stress with the fact that my valuable investment is not protected while I pay my home insurance with out fail on time.
