Horrible customer service. Dishonest about billing and charges. Goodluck trying to get anyone to answer the phone when you're in a bind. I rented from them and several messages came on the dashboard about maintenance due and they brushed it off saying it wasn't really due and they can just reset it. Now I have another issue with the car and been calling for 2 hours and they keep placing me on hold and dropping the phone. Not worth the headache.

Im disgusted with the manager, and customer service at this store. Not only was I coerced into an upgrade, I wasnt made aware of the full total until drop off. For 4 days I paid over 1k, and the manager was stale and unbothered by the fact that the staff failed to communicate the total fees. Total waste of time, money, and energy.

After dealing with Enterprise Katy and them canceling my reservation due to not using their preferred body shop. Hertz immediately got me in a car and upgraded me because Progressive messed up my authorization. Great team thanks Hertz!

Friendly staff
