    Completely unacceptable service.  Won't answer phone when car is late or cannot arrive.  Stuck scrambling to not miss a flight.  Never use.

    Absolutely most horrible limosine company ever. The girls in the limo had to give the driver directions to where he knew he was going. Radio in limo did not work either! Driver didn't open doors and actually drove over a rock wall in our driveway and the limo company never paid for damages!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

    30 minutes late arriving!  Their excuse was "traffic".  Ummm... "Traffic" is your business!  Who would have thought there would be "traffic" Friday during rush hour?  If you need a limo that will be on time (and who doesn't) look elsewhere.  I'll be disputing that unauthorized extra $75 charge with my credit card company as well.

    I booked a ride with M & M Limousines via Limos.com from DFW airport to my home in Flower Mound, TX on 12/08/2013 several weeks in advance.On 12/08/2013 -- while I was sitting @ LAX waiting to board my flight to DFW -- Limos.com called to let me know my reservation was being cancelled "due to the weather in Dallas".  They stranded me @ the airport.  When I arrived @ DFW, there were other car services waiting for their customers -- 2 who had driven to DFW all the way from Houston that very day!  Yet M & M couldn't be bothered to honor their reservation with me?  And Limos.com couldn't find another company to pick up where M & M failed?  Luckily for me, there were taxi drivers @ the airport.  I gladly paid one of them $100 to take me to my home in Flower Mound.  I will NEVER pay anyone @ Limos.com or M & M Limousines a penny to take me anywhere.  If you want a dependable ride, don't use Limos.com or M&M Limousines.

    Do NOT schedule a limo through this company.  I had read the previous review posted here and had decided not to go with this particular company, and instead chose another, through limos.com.  However, the company I picked was busy or something, so limos.com stuck me with M&M limos.  I wasn't too happy about it, but ok, fine.  It was my wife's birthday, and her parents were also here visiting the US for the first time ever, from Brazil.  So I had planned a nice limo ride down to dinner at 560 at Reunion Tower, and a ride back.  According to M&M's website, they are located at 635 and I35.  I had scheduled them to be at my home at 5pm, we had dinner reservations for 6:30.  I called the company to make sure they would be there on time, they assured me they would be.  About 4:45 I call the driver directly.  He says he left at 4pm and is still sitting on 635 and hasn't even made it to the tollway yet.  I don't know whether he had planned to go all the way East to 75 and then go North to my home, but the easiest, fastest way would have been to take 35 north, then get on 121, and he would have been here no problem.  After he told me where he was, I went on google and found that for his location, it would take 50 min on google maps to get to where we were.  I said ok, we would push our dinner reservation back, because everyone still wanted to go in the limo, and we waited almost another hour, and the driver still did not show.  I called him again, and he says he's still stuck in the same place.  At this point, I said the hell with it, and I drove my family down to dinner myself.  I was not about to let this company completely ruin a great evening we had planned.  When I called to complain, M&M no longer picked up the phone to take my calls.  They never called to apologize, or anything.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!  Go with a reputable company out there, that understands what customer service is.  M&M doesn't even deserve 1 star.
