Silver Image Limousine

Ordered a limo for a surprise wedding reception, 3 weeks in advance, got a cheaper price elsewhere and silver image offered to match the price..fine. 2 days prior to event I called to "remind" them of my booking, a day to the event they emailed me a confirmation/reminder so I was cool, except 15 minutes past the supposed pick up time, the limo was a no show, I called the company and they informed me that the couldn't find a driver, no one called me to tell me before hand. Long story short, we did not use a limo thanks to silver image for ruining a surprise that took 2 months of planning.

This limo company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The actual limo looks NOTHING like the pictures on their website. The limo bus that showed up was tiny compared to what I ordered from the website. Also, it was filthy and had dirt everywhere and holes torn in the seats. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I ordered a 20 person limo and we had 13 adults and barely fit. It could have held 2 more people max. When it showed up I called the owner and explained how it was not what we ordered. She said "If you don't like it, tell them to leave". Well we had already planned an entire day event for my staff. They then told me I needed to go to the bank and get cash to pay because they knew I was unhappy and did not want me to dispute the charge on my credit card. Because we were stuck we had to use them but I would never recommend this limo service to anyone. The only bright spot was the driver was very nice and completely understood why we were upset but there was nothing he could do about it..
