No call no, show twice!!!!! Had to call after the first one. Rescheduled again and ANOTHER no show. You lost a great paycheck. Very poor professionalism.

They came to my house to assess my property for a landscaping project. It’s been over a month and still have not received a quote. I even called to remind them on multiple occasions. Very disappointed.

I used L&T 3 years ago and I was very satisfied with the service so I decided to use them again. They came out did estimate, reviewing every tree in detail. After receiving estimate, I had to call back a number of times before getting a date to do the job (1st warning). Once they finally arrived 3 weeks later to do the job, after cutting down the tree to stump level, I was informed because of the swing pipe embedded in the tree they can't grind the stump because they dont won' t to damage the sprinkler system (2nd warning). I should have a sprinkler co come out and cap it off first. Made sense but why didn' t they indicate this @ the estimate, the black swing pipe was clearly visible. Of course, the sprinkler contractor indicates L&T should grind first ,otherwise they cant tell exactly where the swingpipe is connected to the PVC underground without trying to dig under stump. I advised L&T and rather then them saying they don't won' t to risk damaging the sprinkler system and possibly be liable for damage, they continued to give me the run around(3rd warning).as to being so busy they can't get to me. Here we are a month and half later and I had to employ someone else to grind the stump. I could have given all of my $500 business to this company that evaluated the entire situation accurately and sized up how deep they could grind without damaging the PVC pipe the swing pipe was connected to. I tried to be understanding considering the various storms and the family situation they had but enough is enough! DONE WITH L&T!
A callback would have made all the difference. I initiated all but 1 call. Services: Tree removal, Tree trimming and pruning
