I love my unit, the contractor they sent to work on something was very professional, and cleaned up after himself. The girls in the office dont hesitate to answer the phone. They dont hesitate to talk to you when you walk in, they generally provide compassionate care to any issues that arise.. Maria has been an amazing manager for the past couple weeks and I truly hope that she stays here because she has a big asset to this complex. My review is not fake. To be honest, most of the buildings in Humble are completely older little by little management is going to be redoing them. I plan on renewing when my lease is up. Thank you as well to Myra for always having a smile on her face!

My unit recently had a flood due to the Upstairs unit having a leak that went unnoticed. It happened in the middle of the night and honestly it could happen anywhere even if I was in a house this happened during the week of a management change from Nelly to Maria. I have to give a lot of kudos because Maria and Myra as they have been there answering all my questions, picking up the phone answering all my emails in the middle of the night. That night, Nelly went above and beyond along with the maintenance team to get everybody here working on my unit to literally drying out everything moving everything around because we were literally outside trying to just gather our things. This was nobodys fault and This can happen on a first level apartment. This can happen in house, and the team has been in contact with me the whole time.
Today I had another contractor in here within hours of me, contacting them about a situation in the closet, who pulled out all my sheet rock and swept up behind himself. Ive been here for over six months and we Plan on renewing regional and local management are working on things. Ive seen them out and about taking notice of everything. I can say that I take pride in my stuff, so I keep my stuff clean I have treated my apartment. I have no problem with roaches. The dog waste is dependent upon your neighbors and a lot has been told for them to pick up after and their stations everywhere and some people are just lazy. Some people like to leave their animals out on the balcony Goes to show you type of neighbors that you have. Im sure that is going to be addressed quickly as well because its a nuisance to a lot of people. I believe that the trash being overloaded is due to the fact that there is people that are performing illegal dumping Ive Moved here from previous complexes and these buildings are old however, they are improving a little by little. Recently, the pool was renovated and painted and plastered and its very pretty and I look forward to enjoying the summer here. They installed a new barbecue pit outside by the pool and I really like my quiet complex. Ive seen kids here litter, and I will speak up because I live here Along with everybody else, and they generally abide by me, asking them to pick it up. My review is definitely not fake if you look at all my previous, but Im just giving my honest opinion.

Ive been here a couple months and have been happy with our unit. Maintenance has been called twice and the turnaround time has been very quick. As a precaution in any apartments are always pre-treat for any rodents and roaches, and I also do a monthly treatment and I have had no issues since I moved in. Havent had no issues with towing but I do have my current tags on and follow the rules. There was only one change since I was here and everybody in the office has been nice and quick to handle any concerns I love the quietness of the Community. Little by little I have seen improvements made by the new company such as the dog park benches or anything that seems needing to be replaced. It looks like theyre getting to it little by little. We had an issue with the mailboxes, but it was promptly corrected. I had toured their sister properties and finally chose this one because I like the Layout, the best part of my unit is the washer and dryer as that saves me a headache and hassle. They are really huge.

Very nice property. The manager on site was very helpful and had great customer service. On my top list to rent with!

I went to visit Deerbrook Garden apartments .Mayra was very sweet she made me feel like i was at home.
I would definitely come back when my lease is up in May.
