I made an appointment, and I still had to wait over an hour for someone to see me. We needed a notary, and the rep who was suppose to help us didn't even have a notary. So we had to wait 20 mins more for someone else to help.

Never staffed well enough 4 teller windows with only one person ever working. Plan 15 minutes to make a payment but end up staying 45 minutes

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SHELL FCU
I opened my accounts @ the Woodforest location about 6 years ago and have been using Wilson Rd location ever since (only because it's closer to my home). I only use credit unions because of a better opportunity of approvals and rates than most regular banks. I have always seen the bad star ratings for this location but never had an issue with them until today. I have all my jobs ( truck driver, school bus driver, provider and my own business - event planner) funds going direct deposit to my accounts here, along with referrals that I chose not to get credit for due to the fact that I feel like supporting Shell. I was very disappointed with the result I received from them today, I applied for my 3 personal loan with them and the DENIED ME. I landed on hard time back to back with COVID hitting and my blessing after 4 miscarries. I asked Maria what was the reason I was denied and she told me for 2 of my business credit card with other institution that had a 0 balance but was in collections. I asked her, how many personal loans I had previously with Shell? Me already knowing, I just wanted her to see where I stood personally with Shell. She stated 2 and I said and on those 2 accounts they were paid off either early or within the payment time frame. I just said thank you and have a happy holiday. I have a few major moves coming up AND
hummmm... I'm thinking about changing credit unions
