Meraki Yoga

I LOVE Meraki Yoga! Alex is a fantastic teacher in many ways. I am learning a lot and I always feel better when I leave. Grateful for the opportunity to deepen my practice with Alex and the other teachers.

The 3 teachers I've had at this studio were excellent. Each had a clearly thought out plan as to what they wanted to convey/accomplish in the class, and a focused approach like that makes it easier for me as a beginner to get a grip on what's really going on. Physically, the studio is tremendously appealing with a wall of windows looking out into tree tops.

I love this studio and all of the teachers. The space is calming and inviting. The class schedule is great for those who work during the day, plenty of evening and weekend options. I like that there is a focus on yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama etc. rather than just being another workout.

The studio looks nice, and the owner/teacher, Alex, is very nice and very knowledgeable, but class covered too little ground for a 1hr20min intermediate/advanced class, and and there was not enough feedback except during a segment about side crow, which stretched too long, too.
