During the 2020 Covid lock down my brand new 10 class package expired and they refuse to refund me, I don’t want to take virtual live stream classes.

I was always hesitant to try yoga because I thought it would be about getting yourself into a pretzel and breathing through your eyelids. I was wrong! I've been going to yogaworks when it was yoga one. Over 5 years. I started doing hot yoga out of curiosity and to see if it would relieve some of the aches and pains other workouts (crossfit) have caused. It wasn't easy at first but it was a great mental and physical challenge so I stuck with it. Hot yoga is now a medical necessity for me. It cured a lot of aches and pains. Your definitely not breathing through your eyelids in hot yoga!
