Amazing! Ive worked with both Krista & Kobra and they are both very helpful and accommodating to your goals/fitness levels. If youre a beginner to Pilates or simply need some guidance then you should definitely try them out. Their entire studio is beautiful and offers so many options. 10/10 recommend. Ive never felt so comfortable!

The BEST REFORMER class Ive ever attended!! I absolutely loved how I felt during and after the class with the instructor, Kobra. She was challenging enough to keep up with and made the 55 minute class very enjoyable that I told myself I need to attend more often! I love a clean studio with state of the art equipment. This is an exceptional studio that even has its own gated parking lot - that is unheard of in Montrose! Dont miss out on stretching your muscles here! You will feel amazing, leaner and so fit afterwards!

Im currently taking private Pilates classes with both Kobra and Krista. Ive had such an amazing experience so far and this is my first time doing Pilates. They are such both great instructors and are so informative every time I ask a question. They are definitely the reason why I fell in love with Pilates. My body feels so great after each class and will definitely keep on doing private lessons with Stretch!

I am very happy to have found STRETCH. The personalized attention is unlike anywhere else! The staff is excellent, the studio is always immaculate, and there is a variety of classes. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to take a yoga, pilates, or spin class.
