Very clean and tidy place, though tiny. That is okay - it is still very relaxing. Teacher was really nice and very helpful with modifications...she asked the class about certain pain or anything that would delay or hinder someone from doing a particular pose and she assisted when needed. The place is located upstairs in a business park. Cubbies are there to place your items while class is in session, which are limited so it is encouraged you get there early to catch a spot and get equipment ready (that they provide) for your session. For the Restorative class there as a wide range of personalities and body types/age so this particular session was useful and imperative for bodies that are active. Really, the only downside about this location is that it is in a very busy business strip.

Class too full, not enough personal space to perform each pose. First class of day and mirrors were dirty. Class went too fast and not as description, a number of people were unable to keep up.
