If I could give a negative score, I would. Spent 3 days scheduling a well care visit for our teenage daughter.  I explained several times that she is not sexually active and would not be having a pap smear at this visit.  The lady that made her appt. said no problem.  After filling out 15 forms (seriously) and I called the day before the appt. and they told me they would contact our insurance the day of to confirm benefits.  Run as fast as you can! The office staff also did not know that a dermatologist in the state of Texas cannot write any prescription for oral contraceptive.  The doctor, well we never met her.  If the office staff had half a brain combined, they would be dangerous.  I have NEVER dealt with so much incompetence.  The office building was old and it smelled weird.  We will never recommend this place to anyone.  Pay cash, find someone else, anyone else.  Sad day is all I can say.
