        It has been a couple years since I came back here. I introduced my husband to Bo Ne today and he absolutely loves it. Reminds him of banh mi. Of course its super similar, almost has all the ingredients to do so. I told him this is like a popular breakfast that my family and I enjoy. He likes it and Im glad. The visit today, I got the Bo ne combo and it came with two runny eggs, plenty of tender beef, sausage and Chinese sausage with meatball served separately. Bursting full of flavors! I didnt need to add salt or any soy sauce like I usually do. Their butter and pate are delicious as well! I loved every bite. It helped that their bread is also very fresh! My husband ordered the Bo Trum Men and that is basically beef covered with mushrooms. I never had this order before so I was excited to steal a couple bites from him (hehe). Oh man, it was super flavorful and delicious. I might order this next time I come back haha.
