They have one of the best pho! I have visited other pho restaurants and I think they have better flavor over all.  And their free drinks on Tuesday don't hurt. The location isn't the best but for the free kids eat on Saturday, thats a plus for a family.

I'm Asian American I wanted to try something new, so I had special rice cake and from the description, it wasn't what I was expecting. Another time I ordered beef pan fried noodles. Once again, not what I was expecting , but it was ok.  Maybe put a photo on the menu in the restaurant instead of in parentheses "acquired taste, no refunds " and have the waiters know what's in the dish and how it's cooked when asked.  Owner's do a test and get random Americans and have them match the dishes and photos w your descriptions on it from your menu and see what you get.
