I have a tree that was looking very sick. It just did not look like it was going to make it. I called Rivers and Rivers and Roy Rivers Jr. came out and really educated me about my trees. He specializes in taking care of trees and helping sick trees. He worked his magic and my trees are now the envy of the block. Thank you Roy! I highly recommend this Tree Doctor!

Our oak trees look bad and had some type of web disease then Roy Rivers and his crew came out solve the problem. What would have cost plenty if not taken care of in rapid fashion. Thank you Roy. I trust this company very much.

Called for a consultation on backyard and existing trees for possible pool construction. I had an emergency work meeting and fiance was home when Roy Jr. arrived. He couldn't be bothered to deal with her. He spent less than 5 min in the back yard and talked down to her the entire time. He came inside for a couple of minutes when my fiance said "you don't need to be mean to me" and his response was "well, I was expecting to meet with Ryan." She finally had enough and asked him to leave when he says that'll be $100.
He didn't generate a report... nothing. Completely unprofessional and honestly can't believe Rivers and Rivers continues to be in business.
