This experience has been a horror show for me. I call this company in October to help me get rid of this ugly grass called Dallis grass. The assured me that they and assist me with this matter. INSTEAD, TG killed all of my other grass in my yard but only "Weeded and Fed" the Dallis Grass. Now, four months later, instead of removing this one small area of this grass in my front yard, now this nasty grass is a lust green color and has spread throughout my front yard. To make matter worse, a tech came to my house yesterday and argued with me that this Dallis Grass was really St Augustine grass. After tussling this this "expert from Minnesota" who guaranteed me that, because he was from up north and he "knew" grass, after I insist that he Google images of Dallis Grass, he lo and behold that yes he was wrong in his assessment. Yes, they have techs that do not know their grass business.

My technician Christopher was very professional and helpful. He explained what he was going to do and why. He also apologized for the prior service not being adequate. I appreciated that.
