Illegal Towing in Huntington Glen Apartments. This towing company put signs up to register your car for a permit to park in the complex. I have my permit and they still stowed my car. I am going to contact the news media on this company because they are scamming people. This is the wrong time to do low-income people that are already struggling like this.

My car was tow in the wee hours in the morning the apartments that I live in NEVER had a tow company and if they did this company NEVER shows upit was a car parked in an illegal spot for over a month and never tow the car so they came back I watched them out the cars on the rack and wait 10 minutes he literally walked around the apartments to find the people and when the guy who car and girl out he allowed him to remove their cars the guy paid him a 100 and he took the car out the rack..I asked him why wasnt I noticed when he towed my car he said I came a 5/6am I waitedthis man lied NOONE KNOCKED ON MY DOOR!!!! I was parked directly in front of my house. They towed my car illegally and I was charged 260 for 2hrs thats highway robbery

Very unprofessional drivers who harass and stalk ppl. Company doesn't answer the phone as well. I witnessed the same driver i had a issue with run a red light going well over the speed limit and the car attached on the back bounced up and down and side to side. Driver then pursued the person whos car it was taunted and driver agitated the situation by walking up and being confrontational . This was a Situation that could have turned very bad. If your car is towed by this company check your car very good I would bet big money the mess up ppls cars and get away with it. Reckless driving should not be tolerated. If a car who had the green light was crossing it would have been bad and deadly. This driver represents company very badly and all i encountered were very rude and disrespectful.

Got some VERY sketchy people working here. Had a man come and try and illegally tow my car, he said I wasnt parked properly in the lines and that he was hired by my apartment complex which is absolutely not true. I will be filing a police report tomorrow to make sure this man is never allowed back on the property. Why my property would hire a towing company with such low horrible reviews is beyond me. I now have to take pictures of how I park To make sure someone doesnt come try to take my car because they need a dollar. I promise with everything I have I will try my best to get my apartment complex to not use this company. Im sure they will be illegally towing people all night long even people following proper procedures
