Ready Auto Tow

Got locked out of my truck and I actually believed I was finally gonna get it open when Mr. Joseph Loubani arrived to open my locked truck. After attempting to open it for only fifteen minutes, he said "I have already tried for 15 minutes, they don't pay me enough for this. Something is wrong with your truck. I was able to open a Tesla but not this." After saying this, Mr. Loubani left quickly after denying any further service after I asked him if he could at least try the other door. I had to include the gentleman's name because I am currently on my job, I already tried to open my truck for an hour and then when I thought I finally found help, this happened. I am still stranded and cannot keep working. He did not even recommend to me what I can try doing, or who else I can try calling. This is a huge disappointment because I have never been treated this way by a business THAT IS SUPPOSED TO OPEN CAR LOCKS. The man refused to do his job.

My insurance company contacted Ready Auto Tow and I couldn't have been better served. They were prompt and followed through with meeting all my needs. I would definitely use their services again.

Very helpful and friendly, Hopefully I don't need another tow, but if I do I would definitely use Ready Auto Tow again!
