        I am here to pick my 2004 Honda Accord. I arrived here by 9:02pm and called them to give one hour notice that I am here and ready to wait for someone to get here in one hour to release my car. The time is now 9:27pm and I am still here waiting. I have not gotten any calm back.

        Ms rhonda was very rude The sign states they accept ALL types of payment But she made my son go to the atm to make several withdrawals to get the cash off hos catd not to mention they messed up his 🚗 and said tale them to court.. Very rude. 😠

        Came to have my car released. It was towed from the city. I came to this place after reading the reviews and was already dreading the experience. I hate impoumd lots. But. They are also human and have a job. Rhonda was professional and even notified me of the proper form to use for release of my car. We even had a quick chat before releasing my vehicle. We all have bad days. Treat people with respect. I received respect back. Thank you Rhonda.
