        Apparently they are in travelers preferred list. I got a ticket, said eta 90-120 min, waited the 90 min and called to check. The gentleman that answered the phone said he would have the driver call me. Waited another 30 min and called back, he said he wasn’t interested in doing the job and hung up on us. I guess because he makes less doing jobs for travelers Service: Car towing

        If I could leave zero stars for them I would. They were continuously dishonest with me and the dispatch team on the true ETA of the driver. I waited for 4 hours for them to arrive and they never showed up. They are extremely dishonest and I would not recommend utilizing this towing service. My car was supposed be picked up and dropped off yesterday to the dealer to be serviced this morning. Due to their lack of professionalism and follow through my car will not be serviced by the dealership until tomorrow morning. This company has turned an already stressful situation into my worst nightmare. They made sure that everything that could go wrong went wrong!
