Pick It Towing

I didn't have intentions on leaving any review until these people let me down for a SECOND time by default. They were assigned to pick up my vehicle & the time given was 1-1/2hrs. They made an earlier arrival than projected which was 9:58a, however the shop opens at 10a. They LEFT because they made 1 ph. call and didn't receive an answer. Never did they attempt to contact me. I called them to check on my car After the timeframe I expected them to arrive and the dispatcher had told me that the job was completed. Seeing that it was only 10:04a I wasn't sure how this would be possible but I just trusted her word for it. I called the dealership that was expecting my car and they said they hadn't seen it yet. I called the dispatcher back and she explained her reasoning as to why she had given me INCORRECT INFO about the JOB BEING COMPLETED. She carried on to explain how "the tow driver couldn't wait & didn't contact me because my car was at the shop so they called the shop". JUST SAD. I had to have another tow driver assigned and go through the entire waiting process again. TODAY my bf got "lucky" & had the same tow company assigned for his vehicle & because this is already as long as it is I'll just say again THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB!!!! 0/10

Quoted my company $75 pickup and $5 a mile. Should have been a $300 tow. Got a bill for $1552 and threatened to take my vehicle. These people need shut down! Do not use them!

I used my roadside assist at 830 am 2 hours later they told me 1 car was ahead of me and I was next 2 hours after that I called there was 2 cars ahead of me the lady on the phone was rude and annoying we went back & forth for almost 15 mines just for her to tell me other people been waiting longer and not complaining and put me on hold for over 10 min

I wish I could branch down the star I gave. Google should make it possible to actually rate people what they deserve. Make 0 stars available please! So back to these low lives. I requested roadside assistance from my insurance at exactly 8:49am this morning and was assigned this company. They made me wait for over 3 hours. To be precise I had to cancel them at 12:02pm. Never showed up nor did they bother to reach out as a curtesy to let you know why they taking long. I tried calling but couldnt get to anyone. I called a different company called primary and they were quick and efficient. They showed up in no time and the price is accurate as well. I dont recommend you using quick pick towing service llc they are irresponsible and care less about you. Believe the reviews and avoid yourself unnecessary strand.
