If I could not include a star, I definitely would. If you use your roadside assistance, please tell your insurance provider not to reach out to this company. My insurance company dispatched them to me to replace my flat tire. After, four hours of waiting, I reached out to their dispatch person and he was unapologetic, rude, and unprofessional, but stated that the driver didn't have a jack, and would be on his way once he retrieved one. They were aware that I had a flat tire, so why wouldn't he have a jack? So, 4 hours later, I was informed by roadside assistance, that the driver was not coming. The dispatch personnel didn't even bother to send someone else out, and or call me directly to let me know. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a towing company.

my car stalled on I-10 last week called Five Star Towing, the driver was there very quickly, took me to my mechanic's shop downtown.I am very happy with the the service,driver was very polite, dispatch was comforting and knowledgeable. Very good experience. I would use them again and again. Hope I won't need to but...lol.
