      image The employee was rude. I was trying to get my account straight and she wanted to know why I didn't go to the store near me. Did not even try to help me. So basically told me to go to another store.

      image I had an incredibly bad altercation with the manager at this store, and I originally posted a one star review. You can still see the reply I received below from the regional zone manager. MetroPCS upper management got involved with this and provided us amazing customer service and support.

      image This is like my go to store. The girl there, Jay, is so patient with me and explains in detail. She's very knowledgeable and always gives me good deals. Store is clean. Would recommend this store. They also have waters for customers.
