A friend of mine recently had a negative experience with this company. Unfortunately being a black female, we have a stereotype of providing poor quality service. Sadly, this company lived up to it.

Extremely disappointed in the professionalism of the owner. Using profanity and threats with potential customers. An EXTREMELY poor representation of a black-owned business. I echo the sentiments of the other reviewers.

Where do I begin, I have used Tiff the Tax Lady a few times and she always exceeds my expectations. Tiffani is warm and highly knowledgeable in all facets in the financial industry. I always feel informed after her detailed consultation and she delivers on what is promised. Any individual and/or organization would be all the better because of her presence.

I must say I am highly disappointed by the poor level of customer service I experienced with this company. After researching them online, I recommended them to my mother this year for tax preparation. Several attempts to contact the owner via phone and/or email to set up an appointment to finalize the tax preparation process went unanswered. We did not hear until the weekend after our initial visit (the target date of completion) that we were required to fill out a critical form to move forward. Even after we expressed our grave discontent with the service via email and phone and my mother decided to cease services altogether with the company, and tried to call several times to retrieve her documents, we still never heard directly from the owner. It was during our visit to primarily retrieve the documents so we could move on to another tax preparer that the owner then presented the return--a week after the projected date of completion--and charged us full price. It is always reasonably assumed that when a customer accesses a business, especially one that advertises heavily, that it has the infrastructure, organization and committment to customer service to 1) present all required paperwork in a timely manner, ideally at the initial visit 2) AT LEAST respond efficiently and sufficiently to emails and 3) to respond to escalated matters via email or phone. None of these happened. If all three of these don't happen, it's reasonably expected that there will then be a compromise on price. We still were asked to pay full price. Therefore, what I learned as a customer was that, with this company, full price is paid for Grade F and Grade A customer service alike.
