Give parents no options to make an informed choice. Everything is done in secret. They dont show ultrasound. They dont allow partners in the building or cell phones as well. Staff is rude and not after the well being of family.

All the ladies that work here were amazing and kind, especially Ms. Linda, who took magnificent care of me. Thanks!

TERRIBLE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! For starters, on my first visit, i was told i wasn't far along enough to do the procedure & was told to come back two weeks later to do it. I had an appointment last week for the procedure & they had called me twice to see if i could come in earlier than my appointment time. Mind you, i didn't know this till I wasted time driving up there - since they didn't leave a voicemail - just for them to tell me the doctor left & i'd have to reschedule (knowing it's time sensitive) & the nurse was rude about me not answering their calls when they should've left a voicemail like professionals do. I get there today to my appointment just to go in & wait a whole hour with no progress. I definitely understand the walk in method to try to help everyone out but if you give me an appointment, why when I get there i have to wait as if i'm just another walk in ? I literally waited a whole hour & after waiting, I asked one of the nurses how much longer & she says it's still 5 more people ahead of me......when i had an appointment. I ended up leaving & finding another clinic that's cheaper, a lot more professional, & actually know what they're doing. This clinic told me to come back in two weeks because apparently i was only two weeks on my first visit when in reality, I was already 5 weeks at the time. How do they not have up to date equipment ? I truly believe they're understaffed & try to do too much when they don't have enough people OR resourcesto help everyone out in a timely manner. They need to become more organized & actually start setting appointments for folks instead of just allowing walk ins since they can't seem to do right.

After having to make such a difficult decision, I never imagined to be treated by such an amazing doctor and staff. Every nurse I came across was extremely professional, kind and competent. And the doctor - where do I begin?? He is one of the most knowledgeable, kind and practical doctors I have ever come across; he is a thorough doctor who knows and explains how one thing can affect an other, he looks at the big picture instead of looking at a single problem, this world needs more doctors like him. It is obvious he has many years of experience and has seen so much that he knows what is coming and has an ability to explain like few. I am extremely grateful to have come across this practice where in the midst of a hard situation I was treated medically and personally better than many other facilities where I am normally seen. I highly recommend this practice.
