I had an outstanding experience at Memorial Surgical Solutions. The staff treated me like family and the facility is top notch. I was not sure at first because I had not heard of them, but then my husband said a first-rate surgeon would not go to a second rate facility. He was right. I would recommend without reservation.

So you are already going to have surgery when you roll up to the place looks like the bates hotel pulling up with the flicking outside light. We got there about 5mins before my appointment no one came to the door. The intake person called and was ok greeting me in. Everything was good. Until I was half awoke. They threw me in me my cloths rapidly after surgery and wisked out the door. I was told they would update my husband during the surgery and didnt. They then called him to pick me up expecting him to be around the corner but we told them we live 1 hour away and have a small child. When he got there they basically threw me to my husband to put me in the car.

This place is disgusting! These people are scammers and are very unorganized. I would never deal with them ever. I dont know if this is a mom and pops shop or what but do not come here if you want quality work or service. I am in utter shock at the unprofessional tactics and lake of communication. Do better. Do not believe these fake reviews!!!
