The work culture is good, Great people at all levels of the company, everyone is supportive of each other. Great flexibility, at the same time always being challenged and a work place that develops their people. work is motivating, challenging task to improve skills. Overall, management has a clear view of where the company is going. They are transparent and easy to talk to. They trust their employees. Fellow-mates: Here everyone is very helpful and friendly. First of all I am proud to be an employee of Sierra Infosys. I had completed 9 years and this is my 10nth year of employment in Sierra. Sierra is an wonderful company to work for, wouldn't dream of working anywhere else. My company has given opportunities to work in multiple functional areas related to Staffing, Consulting, Sales, Business Development and Finance. I am still wondering if I can get this kind of a chance to work on multiple areas in any other firm. Our top level management has given very high level support in all areas to accomplish and complete our tasks in time. The team and management always understand and consider our official and personal problems and given 100% care which makes us to have a very friendly environment and make a good work life balance. I am very happy, proud and highly interested and committed to work for very long years in Sierra. Sierra has given its employees an excellent opportunities for advancement, emphasis on work-life balance, great compensation and benefits, very competent leadership, friendly atmosphere, and amazingly talented co-workers. Overall the company really cares about their employees and making sure that they are happy and successful. I feel valued everyday I go to work and know that I will be treated with respect and listened to. I am always amazed by the brillant people around me and love that everyone brings a different perspective to team.

I have worked at this company for 9 months, been an absolute pleasure. Learned so many things with the help of co-workers and management. The atmosphere has been great from day one. Very ambitious company which directs its workers in a positive manner. Highly recommended.
