Precious Baby Protectors

This is the second time we have used Precious Baby Protectors to outfit a home (two different homes). Both times, Rick and his wonderful crew were such a pleasure to work with, even finding ways to save me money with simple solutions while keeping my child safe. And our pool fence looks spectacular. Highly recommend!

Called Precious Baby Protectors on a Friday at 2 pm. Explained I had a handy man install two gates for me a week ago. My 10 month old leaned on one and it fell out of the wall. I called the handyman and he said it would be a 125.00 charge to come out, after all the gate was fine when he left. So I asked for Precious baby to come out. At that point I did not care what the charge was.the owner, Rick came out after hours Friday evening as he said he would. Looked at the gate, said not a problem, but One issue, can my daughter come inside and wait while I fix this. OMG after hours and I was cutting into family time, so sorry. Rick put the gate back up, showed me how the handyman hung the gate just in Sheetrock. Rick rehung it into a stud. He also redid the other gate. Neither one of theses gates he put in, but he fixed them. Oh it gets better. He hands me an invoice and when I went to pay it I looked down and the invoice said NO CHARGE. What? Here he is after hours and into family time refusing to take payment, wow. Friends this is more then customer service, this is professionalism. I should of called them from the beginning. Next week they are going to my parents home and my Sisters house at the Lake. Thank you for the Quick customer service. What a great company.

RICK IS A ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I called hoping to get good customer service and they guy was completely rude! I asked to speak with someone in charge, he hangs up. I call back, nothing. I go visit, hes rude, being mean for no reason, he acts like he hates his job. He comes to install and does a half job, my 3 year old nearly drowned thanks to RICK. That man does NOT CARE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Did an excellent job. Feel much better now that I’ve made the house safer for visits from toddler grandson.
