My experience with Petroplan was not a good one. My recruiter was Kaitlin Bourgeois. I had a interview with her to become a registered candidate. The interview was very distasteful for me. She saw from my resume that I earned a Bachelor's degree from a University in a town in Louisiana that she was familiar with. She asked if it was a community college or a school online. First of all you can not earn a Bachelor's degree from a community college, so her ignorance was amusing. I felt she was discriminating against me because I attended a HBCU. It was never easy to maintain contact with her she rarely ever replied to my calls or emails. I also spoke to Helen Fowler, who I believe is a supervisor but getting in contact with her was never easy either. Finding employment for certain individuals is not their first priority. Recently after unanswered phone calls, voicemails, and emails I finally got in contact with her and she was unapologetic for not maintaining contact with me. I mentioned this to Helen Fowler and she "apologized " on her behalf and basically said good luck on your job search. That was a complete waste of my time.
