I had a big issue, and it was worked out. Very understanding and considerate directors and staff. This company cares about the children, their safety and care. I am very appreciative of the way they handled this situation. I’ve only been here five weeks, they don’t know me they could’ve just dismissed me, but they took the time to work things out.

My son has been going here for a few months now, I’m very upset with the situation that happened today….I got a call while I was at work that my son was misbehaving, as I arrive to pick him up I noticed bruising on his arms, when I asked about the bruising the “supervisor” told me it was from my son hitting his arms on the table, so I asked him to see the surveillance footage from that time period to confirm, as soon as I asked he laughed and get really defensive, there shouldn’t have been a problem showing the surveillance footage considering my child is leaving the facility with bruising on his body that he DID NOT go in with…..he told me that “he was unable to show me that footage and that I shouldn’t be questioning him what happened because they called and told me what happen” but I guess they forgot to mention on the phone the bruising coincidentally….it became a very heated argument at the facility and he was so very unprofessional and very disrespectful towards the manner, then began to speak to other parents at the door about the situation concerning my child, there’s now an investigation open behind this and I’ll just warn you all to STAY AWAY!!

They are absolutely wonderful with my children, My children love it here.
