Wellspring Children's Academy

My 2 girls have been at Wellspring for 3 years now. The oldest has moved on to Kindergarten but still goes on school break and loves it. My youngest has Downs Syndrome and all of the teachers and staff have given her lots of extra care and attention that she has needed. Her development really took off once we put her in here and she loves her classmates and teachers. It gives me peace of mind to know my girls are well taken care of in a loving, Christian environment. I have recommended this school to several friends and will continue to do so.

Beautiful center! I love everything about this school from the office staff to the teachers to the facility itself. I have peace of mind leaving my children here everyday knowing that they are safe and they will have fun learning.

I was blessed to have found Wellsprings for my boys! This is truly a one of a kind center from the staff, to the facilities, the curriculum and the administration. First thing to note is the center is just beautiful...it's filled with inspiring messages and the lovely creative work of the kiddos. It's clean and nicely stocked with educational toys. The teachers are extremely dedicated to their craft. They come up with so many engaging activities to challenge the kids and do a great job in creating an enriching environment. You can feel the love when absolutely every single teacher knows your kids name, even the ones that don't interact with them on their assigned classrooms. It's an overall positive environment. I've encountered several daycares and by far this is my favorite...you feel welcome right away. Another big positive is the leadership ... Mrs. Fi and Mrs Alisha do a FANTASTIC job in keeping the center on top shape, they listen and ACT, and are always creating new activities for the kids and parents. Festivals, puppet shows, petting zoos, snowcone days, summer splash Fridays, fire safety day, bicycle safety seminars, cancer awareness days... are just some examples of all the activities my kiddos are exposed to. My boys come happy from Wellsprings everyday. I am very pleased with the curriculum and teacher to kids ratio. They also do a great job in reinforcing values and an even better job with conflict management and communication. Net net I RECOMMEND WELLSPRINGS wholeheartedly. You can never go wrong with an all around positive, Christian, well rounded and safe daycare.

It is very disappointing that this school is closing. We were happy to have our child in a Christian environment. With that said, since their announcement that they are closing you can tell a complete shift in their attitude! They do not greet you anymore when coming or going. They sit at the front desk and talk to each other, eat food and chit chat instead of giving you the proper greeting you were used to. They do not send the daily reports not pictures anymore either or if they do it barely has anything on it. If you call they say they will call back and never do. This is very disheartening and not a reflection of what was previously shown. It makes you wonder if this is how they always were or that they just don't care. Either way, we are still paying our weekly tuition and should be treated with the same respect and care regardless if this place is closing or not. It would truly be unfortunate for this place to have had such a high rating for so long to only close down with such poor behavior and standards.
