Cicis Pizza

They did not want to take the coupon that has been all over Instagram about how the price is 3.99 from Monday - Wednesday. They cashier said it didn't work at his location, this is not the first time I get this excuse from Cicis the first time I tried to use the BOGO when you download the app at the location on 45 near Mambos Seafood on Dyna Street n they said I could not use the coupon that this only worked at the Northline Commons location smh 😫 very disappointed

This was probably the worst Cici's I've ever been to. To start off, they wouldn't take my coupon that I got from corporate that is supposed to work at any Cicis. Then when I got in the ingredients for the salad bar was just sitting on the counter not actually in it's serving box. The pizza was worse than lackluster, there were very few options and although they were continuing to make and serve fresher ones, the flavor was just not very good even on my favorite kinds.

Guy at front was very rude. We walked in right before closing, cold pizza, only two people there and we tried to use a cicis coupon that had been emailed to me and was told they don't accept it at that location. Fine but the way the guy said it was very rude on top. I also will never go back as they don't honor the email club coupons. Pizza also didn't look good on top of it (and I've been to many cicis).
