Excellent customer service, professionalism and Black Girl Magic from the moment I walked in the door (greeted by Medical Assistant Kim) to getting vitals taken to the consultation/examination, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Caring Star Medical Services!! Dr. Hampton is great ! Ive been seeing Dr. Hampton for quite some time now she always answers my concerns in an appropriate timely manor , she always takes my concerns serious and makes me feel very confident when I leave her office .I recently had my baby boy and I am a first time mom breastfeeding , I had some concerns about my baby latching I called Dr. Hampton and she came out right away she helped with feeding , making sure baby is getting enough to eat , showed me ways to improve latching and signs to know when my baby is hungry vs full and addressed all my concerns. She also helped with care for myself and making sure I was okay after delivery. Amazing Dr. hands down
