Was told my insurance wasn't accepted but saw it as being accepted on their web site as an insurance they do accept tried twice I would like the truth of why I was rejected

Lowest recommendations for this Dr....I saw her several months ago for a severe recurring sinus infection...Before she would examine me I had to pay her up front.  She did the exam then charged me for cultures of the drainage. This testing is done to tell the infectious agent and what antibiotics can best treat it.  I have used their patient portal and saw that the test was done but no results!  I checked her visit notes and there were none.  I have called many times and left many messages and no one will call me back.  I paid alot for the visit and testing and feel like I was cheated.
