Phone operators were extremely rude and consistently hung up after I've stated I've wanted to schedule an appointment for Dr. James Bennet. I do not understand when a potential patient calls to seek medical treatment while being patient with hold times and politely speaking would be ignored and treated with what feels like a slap my face.

My extensor tendon was cut during Carpal tunnel surgery. I was having extreme pain so I went back to the doctor’s office with concerns, he told me “I don’t know what I was talking about.” Now, I’m dealing with a disability, a muscle atrophy and a thumb that can’t extend enough to hold a cup not to mention the pain that I deal with day in and day out…. I’m a licensed makeup artist and a facial specialist, a craftsman and a cook… I won’t be able to have a paying job! God knows if it was him or an internship physican that performed the surgery! Do your research ladies and gentlemen!

Dr. Bennett is a physician that rendered excellent service to me upon my visit today.He answered all my questions regarding my health care and also sent me downstairs to have a custom Wrist Support fabbed up from scratch to help support my right wrist. The support is comfortable and is definitely doing what it is intended to do.Special thanks to Dr. Bennett and staff (Mrs. Susan) for rending excellent care and service.😊😊
