My experience was great until it was time to pick up my glasses. I’m assuming because I didn’t purchase new frames from them, they returned my originals dirty. Didn’t wipe them down or anything! Not to mention the showroom person was rude once I entered the office and asked could they at least clean them. He told me they didn’t have anything to clean them with (funny because you run an entire optics facility) anywho, I don’t recommend this place of business — unprofessional and rude.

Excellent staff and doctor. Easy to work with and very helpful. I needed some extra contacts before my trip and the ones I ordered had not come in yet. I was given some daily contacts in the meantime free of charge. My wife got hers quickly as well. Awesome.

The doctor and his staff were awesome, however the individual that was helping with the frames was not very helpful in explaining the different options. He came off as annoyed that I was even asking questions. I’d definitely recommend the ophthalmologist but I’d also shy away from picking frames here.
