        I just had a surgery with Dr. Pallister to remove uterine polyps. This was my first surgery and I was so terrified, but Dr. Pallister comforted me so much. She called me multiple times to ease my worries and calm me down. She sat down next to me right before and assured me everything was going to be fine and how simple the surgery was going to be. True definition of great bedside manner. Everything turned out great! I will never go to another OBGYN. She’s amazing and it’s clear she truly cares about her patients and will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable.

        After asking friends, Facebook groups and researching my in network OB/GYN database, I found Dr. Megan Pallister to be the perfect fit for me and I couldn’t have been more right. I was having trouble with my pregnancy and Dr. Pallister was very accommodating. We even tried bumping up my 8 week appt. Glad we did. I had an ectopic pregnancy and within minutes of meeting me she was personally rushing me to the ER, then to OR where he performed my surgery and where she truly SAVED MY LIFE. She was there every step of the way explaining the process to my husband. She was everything we could hope for in a doctor. We felt I was her top priority and she made it very clear to us she will help us learn about all of our options moving forward. We are so eternally grateful for her and hope to stay with her as long as we can have her!

        Best Doctor ever! She took a good care of me during my pregnancy! Dr. Pallister was on maternity leave during my delivery and Dr. Purnima delivered my baby girl. She is also great!

        I just want to say that Sara the front desk lady had AMAZING Customer service. I called today to set up my first appointment with Doctor Megan and I was just Amazed on how I was treated. I can’t wait to come visit this office. Thank you for all the help Sara.

      Following her residency at Baylor Medical Center where she was elected Chief Resident, Dr. Pallister began seeing patients with Kelsey-Seybold. Dr. Pallister is a member of the Association of American Medical Colleges, the Texas Medical Association, the American Medical Association, the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the Society of Academic Specialists in General Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Pallister enjoys yoga, spinning, trying new restaurants, and gardening. The best advice Dr. Pallister has ever received was "Kill them with kindness." Her favorite dessert is any type of cake. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2016.
