We've been to see Dr. Vijayakumar twice so far and I think she's a good, caring doctor. She strikes a balance between being honest about the prognosis without being too much of a bummer. I think she offers a practical approach, advising effective treatments without pushing extreme measures.Her nurse made a point of offering encouragement and did a good job of communicating with us.We had a SNAFU on the appointment time that was almost certainly my fault but the front desk staff was polite and sympathetic and got us in anyway. Actually, we saw the doctor faster than we do many places when we manage to show up on time. The location is easy to get to and the office is clean and pleasant. Dr. Vijayakumar is in the Methodist system which always a plus.

Absolute low quality doctor and office. I showed up early to fill paperwork (as required) and no one at desk. I was in waiting for over 30 mins for someone to show up and check me in. Doctor didn't not care about what I had to say. She did not even check out my spine. All she did was a few push/pull test and my reflexes.....nothing else. I have MRI from last year that shows the disks issues in 2 areas of my cervical spine. The medical I had done last year reports multiple bulging and protruding disks along with narrowing and Uncovertebral hypertrophy . I had another one done recently by requesting her to order one because I had car accident few months ago which is when pain got worse. She had her medical assistant call me to tell me "miraculously " this MRI show everything normal. This is impossible as I have last years result but she is such an HORRIBLE dr she doesn't care about any patient!.
