They know they are the only gas suppliers in the area of Houston.
3 appointments and still no technician to connect the house to gas, talked to countless customer service reps, supervisors, managers... waited all day, they didn't even let me know no one will show up.
its freezing cold and I have no AC nor hot water.

It is borderline illegal ...

Im out of power again for the 3rd time in 3 weeks and for the last several years i lose power at least once a month for hours on endthey come out every time to put a bandaid on it just to hold it over for another week. They dont fix anything. A HORRIBLE COMPANY!

They've improved their call center 100%. But, the same ineptness in customer care prevails. After issuing two work permits for my meter upgrade, both permits somehow designating the incorrect work description, Centerpoint misplaced (lost) my permit. Then, they put the blame in my lap saddling me with the responsibility of reapplying for a new permit. Their call center improvement, it turns out, is but lipstick on a pig.

By far the worst. I guess they think they have a monopoly. Dont care about "CUSTOMER SERVICE" at all. They only care about the money
